Arthur is the founder of Apricot Real Estate INC. A company specializing in residential and commercial real estate, as well as a wide range of lending services.With over two decades of experience, Arthur has earned a reputation for delivering innovative solutions in commercial lending, SBA loans, private money lending, and DSCR loans. His approach combines in-depth market knowledge with a client-first philosophy, ensuring tailored strategies for every client’s unique needs.
Arthur’s journey began with a passion for leadership and development, which he cultivated through formal education in organizational leadership at Azusa Pacific University. His entrepreneurial spirit is deeply rooted in his upbringing, where his family-owned grocery market, Carlo’s Produce, served as a community hub in Pasadena. This early exposure to community-focused business laid the foundation for his career.
In 2008, Arthur established the Pari Kaloust Foundation (PKF) in memory of his late father. The foundation is dedicated to preserving and promoting arts, culture, and education, reflecting Arthur’s commitment to making a lasting impact beyond business.
Arthur is also the Director of Public Relations for the American Armenian Rose Float Association (AARFA), a role that allows him to celebrate and promote Armenian heritage through cultural and educational initiatives. His leadership in AARFA has engaged over 2,000 volunteers and brought the richness of Armenian culture to millions of viewers through the Pasadena Tournament of Roses.
In addition to his professional and philanthropic endeavors, Arthur is a proud husband and father of two children. His dedication to family and community mirrors his commitment to excellence in business, making him a respected figure in both personal and professional spheres.
